We invite you to join us for classes* anytime without reserving your space in advance. However, some classes fill quickly, and we encourage you to sign up in advance if possible. To reserve your space on the schedule you will first need to have class credits which you can purchase below or through the Pricing Menu. If you already have class credits, you will be prompted to log into your Student Account using your e-mail before registering for class. *Most workshops require preregistration, and often prepayment, which will be clear on the calendar when you sign up.
Anusara translates to “flow with grace.”
This all levels yoga class will combine short flows sequences with longer holds in poses that promote mindfulness and relaxation. Our breath will guide the movement and be a focus throughout the practice. This class is appropriate for tweens, teens and adults – anyone who experiences mild stress or anxiety, or anyone who wants a relaxing yoga practice.
POP Pilates was created by Cassey Ho the creator of Blogilates which is the number one fitness channel on YouTube with over 4 million subscribers. The success of POP Pilates on YouTube inspired Cassey to develop a live class format to bring her message of positivity and the power of a Pilates inspired workout to group fitness classes everywhere. POP Pilates is a pre-choreographed class format and all instructors must pass a safety assurance video evaluation prior to earning their credentials to teach. The combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music, results in an intense workout that is FUN and effective. Students will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core, while leaving NO muscle untouched. Every exercise can be modified to fit the needs of the class participants. They leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to take on MORE.
Join us for a free guided meditation. We will begin with grounding and connecting to the breath followed by a guided meditation. There will be the option of adding essential oils to balance, uplift or ground yourself.
Vinyasa Flow: You’ll be invited to stretch and strengthen your body through mindful breathing and warm holds while creating space to prepare you for whatever adventures are headed your way after you leave your mat! This class is sequenced with growth in mind, providing you with solid footing and modifications as a beginner and a choice of variation and layers if you are a bit more seasoned. All yogi levels are welcome.
A slow flow class for finding calm and connecting inward. Find connection to your hearts desires and set an intention to bring more joy and fulfillment to your life. We will build strength, flexibility and mindfulness. We will then end class in a restorative pose and long relaxation.
Jessica has been a prenatal instructor since 2011 and has made this class to be beneficial to women in all stages of pregnancy.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that takes place entirely down on the mat (no standing poses!). Beginners are welcome. Please note: do not go for a run or do a cardio within six hours of practicing yin. Also, if you are or have recently been pregnant, you should wait 3+ months after birth to practice yin. Yin therapeutically stresses bones, ligaments, and other connective tissues, so it is not for children or adolescents who are still growing.
Take some time for you and invite in deep rest during this meditative practice. We’ll begin with a mantra to welcome love and light, followed by a full hour of yoga nidra, also called yogic sleep. You’ll be ready for a wonderful night’s sleep at home after surrendering to complete relaxation. All are welcome, no prior yoga experience needed.
This intro class gives you the basics of the Zentangle Method. Developed by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas, Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create amazing drawings by assembling simple elements into complex structures of great beauty. Learn to create beautiful drawings you never thought possible. After you take this class you can take any Zentangle workshop at Jai Dee. You will take home the tile you draw in class and borrow the rest of the supplies.
Classes follow the outline of setting intentions with the use of oracle/tarot cards to help students get an idea of where they are at that particular day. Approximately 40 minutes of the class will be asana, followed by meditation and savasana. Topics that may be covered are boundaries, chakras, grounding, change, expansion, etc. Hands on adjustments may be offered with previous discussion and approval by students.
Rest and reset in this restorative class. You will be propped and supported so you can deeply relax.
This is not a stretching or active yoga class. This is a class to release tension and rest in silence and stillness. You may choose to stay in the same pose for the duration of the class so you can go deep into meditation or you may choose to move in and out of 2-3 poses based on your needs at the time of the class.
Join Michelle to receive a 3 card Tarot or oracle card reading in a group setting. We will gather in a circle and each participant will get their own 3 card reading in a group setting. The possibilities of the readings are really endless. Come prepared with a question and format in mind or keep it simple and go with a past/present/future reading for your highest good. Note: You don’t have to share your question with the group. Look within and see what you’d like some new perspective around.
