We are a by-appointment-only studio. Registration is required for all classes and appointments are required for all 1:1 sessions.

Reschedule your appointment or deregister for your class if you have any symptoms of illness or have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19. If possible, please deregister at least 3 hours prior to the class start time. There will be no penalty for rescheduling your appointment or deregistering due to illness and you will receive studio credit.

Please do not bring personal belongings into the studio except for your yoga mat, props, and water bottle. Come wearing clean clothes appropriate for your session or class. Studio props and yoga mats will not be available for use at this time.
