In this workshop, we will do a gentle flow class to get in touch with our creativity. We will then do a relaxation to let go of the busyness of the mind and tap into intuition and creative energy. After relaxation, we will create an abstract watercolor painting. No artistic skill/experience needed. This is all about letting go and creating for the sole purpose of creating.
Bring your yoga mat. Painting supplies will be provided. Minimum 4 students required.
Prenatal Yoga Instructor
Jessica Jenness is mother of 3, an artist and a long time lover of nature. She began practicing yoga consistently with her first pregnancy 13 yrs ago. Yoga helped her find balance and strength through out the years. It helped her through pregnancies, births and raising a child with special needs. After feeling these amazing benefits she knew she had to share them with others. She started her 200 hr training at Sun Moon Yoga and prenatal training at Blooma in 2011. She has been teaching prenatal yoga ever since and has gone on to do more training though Devanadi’s 340hr and Smadhi Sun’s Autism Training. She knows how important it is to bring strength, love and peace into a mother’s day. You can not fill from an empty cup.
