Dig deeper into your own self-healing. What kind of words do you use when talking to your family and friends? How kind are you to the people in your life? How kind are you to yourself? Do you show yourself the same kindness you do to other loved ones?
Be the person you most enjoy spending time with. Become your own best friend. Learn to Love the “I” in Friend.

Creative Flow with Intention with Jessica Jenness 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Get ready to have Jessica lead us in a gentle flow class to get in touch with our creativity. We will then do a relaxation to let go of the busyness of the mind and tap into intuition and creative energy. After relaxation we will create an abstract watercolor painting. No artistic skill/experience needed. This is all about letting go and creating for the sole purpose of creating.
12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Lunch (on your own – there are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance of Jai Dee. We do not have a refrigerator or microwave on site. If you pack your own lunch please plan accordingly.)
Energy, Intuition, and How to Use Oracle and Tarot Cards with Michelle Aalbers 2:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Do you trust your intuition? Do you know how your guides communicate with you? Do you know when you are tapped in to your higher Self? We will use pendulums, meditation, and cards to tap in, get quiet, listen and learn. Learn to tap into your intuition and trust it!
Sacred Circle with Jonna Duke 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Let us join together as we celebrate our Selves, praising our bodies, elevating our breath and empowering each other.
Our afternoon together will be spent enjoying gentle yoga with guided relaxation, inspiring discussions and creating tokens of our journey together.
Our bodies are beautiful vessels that provide us with an opportunity for the human experience. Let us take an afternoon to discover the five body system (koshas) of yoga. We will explore practices to nurture our relationship with our bodies. Creating tools to bring forward on our journey.
We will close the workshop with a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice to digest the day and leave feeling calm, centered and refreshed.
