Full day and half day options. 

This is YOUR day! Rest. Replenish. Relax. 

Please contact us and list your top choices for the breakout sessions for the 10:00 and 11:15 slots. There are a limited number of spaces available in each class. First come first serve. We recommend registering early to get your first choices. All participants receive a free gift. We are looking forward to spending time with you!

10:00 – 11:00 Breakout Sessions – Pick One

POP Pilates

  • A combination of total body Pilates exercises with the energy of music results in an intense workout that is FUN and effective. Students will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core, while leaving NO muscle untouched. Every exercise can be modified to fit the needs of the class participants. They leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to take on MORE.

Intro to Oracle Cards with Becky Yaeger and Henna (Optional) with Jessica Jenness

  • Have you seen cards being used and wondered how they work and what you would use them for? Perfect time to experience multiple kinds of decks and talk about what you can use them for daily, or to check in occasionally.  We will also discuss how they differ from Tarot cards.  Choose a henna design or collaborate an idea to Jessica to come up with your own unique design.

11:15 – 12:30 Breakout Sessions – Pick One 

Yoga: Listening to the Body with Becky Yaeger

  • In this class we will connect with the body and breath in an all levels class. Accept your body exactly where it is today. We will use props to make sure our bodies are getting the support they need. Class will end in a restorative savasana with a guided relaxation.

Energy and Intuition with Michelle Aalbers and Henna (Optional) with Jessica Jenness

  • Your body is talking to you all the time. Do you trust your intuition? We will use pendulums, breath and meditation to tap in, get quiet, listen and learn. Choose a henna design or collaborate an idea to Jessica to come up with your own unique design. Relax and tap into your intuition and your energy body while you wait.

Lunch Break

12:30 – 2:00: Lunch (on your own – there are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance of Jai Dee. We do not have a refrigerator or microwave on site. If you pack your own lunch please plan accordingly.)

2:00 – 3:00

Smudging with Becky Yaeger and Michelle Aalbers

  • An introduction into the history of why people smudge, discussion and to experience different types of herbs/plants that are used for smudging, along with a demonstration so that you can learn how to clear yourself, your personal objects and your space.

3:00 – 4:00

Chakra Meditation Using Stones with Becky Yaeger and Michelle Aalbers

  • Learn how to use meditation and stones as tools to help balance your energy. You will be able to experience many different types of gemstones and crystals, playing with how they feel when handled and how they can be of service for you.  We will also talk about how to take care of your stones so they can continue to work for you.

4:00 – 6:00

Sacred Circle with Jessica Jenness and Jonna Duke

Let us join together as we celebrate our Selves, praising our bodies, elevating our breath and empowering each other.

Our afternoon together will be spent enjoying gentle yoga with guided relaxation, herbal teas with inspiring discussions and creating tokens of our journey together.

Our bodies are beautiful vessels that provide us with an opportunity for the human experience. Let us take an afternoon to discover the five body system (koshas) of yoga. We will explore practices to nurture our relationship with our bodies. Creating tools to bring forward on our journey.

We will close the workshop with a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice to digest the day and leave feeling calm, centered and refreshed.
