We bring in several of our teachers to offer you a wide variety of workshops and services to assist in your personal growth and healing!

Body Yantra and Spirit Feathers with Becky Yaeger
Learn about Body Yantra with Becky. Get grounded in and connected to your body and intuition before creating your own Spirit Feather. You will create your own spirit feather to take home with you. A great tool to use with the smudge stick you will make in the afternoon session!
12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Lunch (on your own – there are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance of Jai Dee. We do not have a refrigerator or microwave on site. If you pack your own lunch please plan accordingly.)
Make Your Own Smudge Stick with Tara Flaskerud
Tara will guide us through making our own smudge sticks in this 2 hour workshop.
We will be making 2 smudge sticks for clearing, gratitude, and self-love.
You will get to pick out selected herbs you’d like to use. Keep them both or gift one to a friend.
Restorative Yoga and Reiki with Bethany Hutchinson and Michelle Aalbers
Your instructors will work intuitively to create a space of sacred rest and renewal. We will add elements of Reiki and singing bowls to the practice. This workshop is an opportunity to honor the creative and nurturing forces within and to infuse all that was experienced throughout the day.
IMPORTANT! Please bring your own blankets and pillows to be comfortable in Restorative Yoga and Reiki. The studio will provide mats, blocks, and covered bolsters.
