A slow flow class for finding calm and connecting inward. Find the connection to your heart’s desires and set an intention to bring more joy and fulfillment to your life. We will build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. We will then end class in a restorative pose and long relaxation.
Jessica has been a prenatal instructor since 2011 and has made this class be beneficial to women in all stages of pregnancy.
Prenatal Yoga Instructor
Jessica Jenness is a mother of 3, an artist and a long-time lover of nature. She began practicing yoga consistently with her first pregnancy 13 yrs ago. Yoga helped her find balance and strength throughout the years. It helped her through pregnancies, births and raising a child with special needs. After feeling these amazing benefits she knew she had to share them with others. She started her 200 hr training at Sun Moon Yoga and prenatal training at Blooma in 2011. She has been teaching prenatal yoga ever since and has gone on to do more training through Devanadi’s 340hr and Smadhi Sun’s Autism Training. She knows how important it is to bring strength, love, and peace into a mother’s day. You can not fill from an empty cup.
