Arja Lea Niskanen is a musician and group fitness instructor out of Saint Paul, MN. She found her love of fitness and wellness through POP Pilates and the added aspect of moving to music. 2 years later once POP became a group fitness format she got certified so she could spread her passion for the combination of music and fitness to others in Minnesota. After getting POP Pilates Certified in 2017, she also went on to receive her ACE Group Fitness Instructor Certification in July 2018 after wanting a well-rounded fitness education to provide a higher experience.
