As well, it improves mental health by reducing stress, anxiety and depression. Thai yoga bodywork is a fun, enlightening, and powerfully effective self-care practice. Michelle will guide you and a partner though Thai yoga bodywork techniques in this fun 2 hour workshop. Participants will learn to give and receive a relaxing Thai yoga bodywork sequence. No experience necessary. A take-home study manual will be provided. Come with a partner or pair up at the workshop.
