Michelle Aalbers

Michelle Aalbers, owner & operator of Jai Dee, is a Registered Thai Therapist (RTT), Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher (CYT 500), Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT), No-BS Accountability Coach, Choose Yourself Guide & Practitioner, Tarot Reader, and a Solution Based Counseling Practitioner. She is committed to helping people go within to find their own healing for their highest potential. Michelle has a passion for learning and helping others which has led her to complementary studies such as Thai herbal compress, foot reflexology, Chi Nei Tsang, restorative yoga, and aromatherapy. She strives to provide sessions and classes that meet the needs and exceed the expectations of her clients. Offerings are a sharing of energies and healing from a loving place with the highest intentions.

CATHERINE "CAT" CRONEMEYER

Cat Cronemeyer, also known as "Cat," is a Doctorate-Level Psychologist who plays a major role in the Choose Yourself Series by providing psychoeducation in Choose Yourself Events. Based in Minnesota, Cat has a passion for adventure and creativity, which she has nurtured since childhood. Her artistic pursuits range from finger painting, pumpkin carving, and crocheting to papermaking, watercolors, and alcohol inks. Cat is also skilled in embroidery, cross-stitch, crochet, art journals, scrapbooks, travel books, card making, and quilting, often incorporating upcycled and recycled components into her work. As a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT), Cat also loves to teach classes at Jai Dee. Her diverse talents and skills reflect her commitment to holistic well-being, blending art, psychology, and mindfulness to inspire personal growth and self-expression.
