Terms and Conditions

Jai Dee services, classes, and events, including but not limited to bodywork, yoga, astrology, tarot, and Reiki, are intended to support overall well-being and relaxation. The classes and services offered are not meant to diagnose, treat, or remedy any illness, disease, injury, or mental disorder. Jai Dee is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. Jai Dee has the right to refuse entry at any time. Jai Dee reserves the right to change teachers, cancel events, classes, workshops without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Class Cancellations

Class purchases are non-refundable. Please register mindfully. Cancellations via phone or email are accepted up to 3 hours prior to the beginning of class and class credit may be granted.

Special Events Cancellations

A cancellation notice is required 7 days prior to the event (workshop, special event, or series) and will receive studio credit. Workshops, special events, and series are non-refundable. Unnotified absence to a workshop, special event, or series will not receive studio credit.

Bodywork, Reiki & Private Yoga Cancellations

All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made the day of the appointment or no-shows will be fully charged for the booked appointment. Clients who miss their appointment for any reason without communicating will be considered a “no-show” and will be fully charged for their appointment. No-show charges must be paid in full before booking the next session.

Instructor Cancellations

Classes, Series, Workshops, and Private Sessions may occasionally be canceled by Jai Dee or an instructor. If your service is canceled, you will be notified by email or phone and can choose to receive a full refund or full studio credit.

Late Arrivals

Classes

Late entry will not be permitted. The door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class for security reasons. No entry is permitted after the class start time and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki & Private Yoga

If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late the session will be canceled, considered a no-show, and charged the full amount. Clients who arrive up to 15 minutes late will be charged for the full session, and may only receive the remaining time of the booked session based on the practitioner’s schedule.

Purchase Policies

Sales & Payment

We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Current MN Sales Tax will be added to all eligible purchases at checkout. A $30 fee will be charged to your account for any returned checks.

Workshops, Special Events, and Series

All enrollments (workshop, special event, series) are priced separately. Regular class packages and memberships cannot be used or credited towards these enrollments. All workshops, special events, and series are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-shareable, and non-transferable.

Privacy Policy

Jai Dee and employees promise to keep your information confidential. We will not distribute your email address, physical address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable details to any other party without your written consent.
