I am new to yoga, which class should I take?

All of our classes are appropriate for students of all levels. Our teachers will make you feel comfortable where you are and can help you modify poses to meet your body’s needs on any given day. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your teacher to let them know you are a beginner. Also, please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or movement restrictions.

Do I need to pre-register for classes?

Yes. We have limited space available due to COVID-19 guidelines and prepayment is required to reserve your spot.

What should I bring to in-person events, classes, and services?

Please bring as little as possible. Yoga mat, journal and pen, and water are likely the only things you’ll need. Currently, we are not using shared props at the studio. If you need any additional props please bring them. If they are needed specifically for the class you will be informed beforehand.

I signed up for a virtual event, how do I get the Zoom link?

When you have logged into your student account, a link to the Zoom meeting will be listed under the virtual classes you are registered for.

What forms of payment do you take?

Pre-payment is required for first time appointments, classes, and workshops. This can be done right here on the website. Once you are a client, we can accept cash, check, or credit cards.

Do you take medical insurance?

No. Though, some clients are able to use their Flex or HSA accounts with a note from their doctor. Please check with your doctor, your Flex/HSA plan, and your accountant, to see if this is right for you.
